Talanton maintains a verified table of 61 model prices compiled from publicly available rates published by AI model vendors (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-weight model hosts). While Talanton strives for 100% accuracy, AI providers may update their pricing tiers, currency rates, volume discounts, and prompt caching policies at any time.
3. Budget Guardrails & Operational Liability
The BudgetGuardrail engine provides automated spend thresholds (ALLOW, WARN, BLOCK). Users acknowledge that network latency, concurrent thread timing, and provider API changes can introduce minor operational variances. Talanton and its contributors assume no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from blocked API calls or unforeseen cloud billing overages.
